Thank you for your interest in the TACCHO Public Health Conference! Conference attendees include public health professionals from local, state and national public health agencies, as well as, other partners for public health.

Please complete the form below. Registration rates are as follows:

October 15 - December 31, 2024 - $275

January 1 - February 5, 2025 - $325

February 6 - February 18, 2025 - $375

Full time Student rates are $50 for student presenter/poster presentation and $75 for regular registration.

Exhibitor, Sponsor and Supporter Registration options are available and range from $1000 - $10,000.

Onsite registration IS NOT available!! Registration fees are non-refundable, however substitutions are encouraged!

Once the registration form has been completed, please scroll to the bottom of the webpage for a confirmation of submission.

TACCHO will send a separate email confirming the detailed registration information along with a conference invoice attached to the email. For those choosing to pay via credit card, a second email from the TACCHO Quickbooks account will be sent for payment online.

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

Registration fees are due to TACCHO by February 18, 2025.

CREDIT CARD - TACCHO can accept credit cards with a 3% Merchant Service Fee added to each registration. Please check the appropriate Type Payment box and contact TACCHO if you would like to pay with a credit card.  

STATE PURCHASE ORDERS - TACCHO will accept purchase orders from the state. An invoice will be sent to the registrant to process with the state. Checks should be addressed as stated below.
